OUR classes

Strength and Conditioning

At Barbell Disciples we focus on the barbell to increase physical strength while minimizing the risk of injury. You will gain the knowledge and have the confidence to train effectively wherever you find yourself in life. Our programming is varied. This means that you will never find yourself bored with our program. We incorporate gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and Olympic Weightlifting.

Boot Camp

High intensity strength workouts designed to burn fat and tone muscles, bootcamp will help with your weight-loss goal.

Personal Training

Work with one of our trainers, one-on-one or in a small group, to get a tailored workout plan specific to your fitness goals and needs. We offer single or monthly training packages, available in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Golden Hour

This class is designed for the 65+. We focus on mobility, stability, and overall general strength.
